How to play

1)  Punto and Banco get two cards each from the Baccarat dealer. Punto can place bets on both Punto and Banco, but the Banker can only wager on Banco.

2)  Compare the value of your two cards against your opponent's cards.

3)  If either baccarat player holds a hand with a total of 8 or 9 (nine is the highest), then it is called a 'Natural' and no more cards are dealt.

4)  Once dealing is completed, the hand with the highest count wins. The paying online casino dealers collect the losing and then pay the winning bets.

5)  The online Baccarat player that comes closest to 9 wins in Baccarat online. If both tie with a score of nine, the cards are go back to the dealer for yet another round of card dealing.

6)  When a hand of 8 or 9 is dealt it is called a �Natural'.

7)  In the case of a 'Natural', no further cards are dealt. If it is not a natural, then depending on the value of each hand the Internet casino dealer may instruct the card dealer online to deal a third card. The decision when to deal a third card follows precise set rules used by all online casinos.

8)  The player closest to nine wins the hand in Baccarat.

Rules

1)  In online Baccarat all face cards and 10s have no value. Cards less than 10 are counted at face value.

2)  Aces are worth 1.

3)  Suits don't matter in Internet Baccarat.

4)  Any count that reaches a double digit drops the left digit. 13 is counted as 3 and 23 is also counted as 3.

5)  To begin playing baccarat online, the players bet on either Banco or Punto or Standoff.
